Post-workout is the critical time when your body needs protein the most and fast-acting proteins like Whey Protein Isolate provide the necessary amino acids for building and retaining muscle tissue. • Whey Protein Concentrate quickly replenishes the body with BCAAs Branched Chain Amino Acids) for the repair and building of lean muscle tissue. It also contains bio-active protein subfractions to increase lean muscle mass and minimise body fat. • Calcium Caseinate is a slow absorbing protein (between 2 - 7 hours that provides a steady release of amino acids for muscle repair and growth. Calcium Caseinate continues to feed your muscles long after whey proteins have been absorbed producing an anti-catabolic effect. This combination of proteins will replenish your muscles straight after a workout and also prevent muscle breakdown hours after you have trained. SERVING SUGGESTION Mix 40 grams or 2 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of non-fat milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added.
